羟基磷灰石人工骨与附加明胶复合体骨膜下植入的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 将两种不同形状的颗粒型羟基磷灰石人工骨(HA)及附加明胶(G)的复合体植入家兔下颌骨颊侧骨膜下,分别于2、4及12周处死,进行大体观察、X线片及组织学检查,对12周标本进行骨形成的组织定量对比。结果显示,植入区稳定无移动,宿主骨与HA(HA+G)呈骨性结合,但HA组部分标本出现颗粒漏出。组织学发现各组植入区之间骨形成无显著性差异(P>0.05)。羟基磷灰石—明胶复合体植入不引起明显的炎症反应,生物相容性好,新骨形成有膜内成骨及化生骨两种方式。明胶做为粘附剂,可有效控制HA颗粒移动,不妨碍骨形成。 Two different shapes of particulate HA with or without gelatin were implanted subperiosteally on the buccal aspect of the mandible in rabbits under general anesthesia. The rabbits were killed in the 2nd, 4th, and 12th week after implantation. Gross observation and radiographic,histologic and histometric examination were made. At the end of the experiment,the implanted region were firm and stable The radiographic finding in HA1 +G and HA2 +G groups were consistent with those of HA, and HA2 groups with exceptions in some specimens A mild inflammatory response was seen at the implant sites with both particle shapes and inflammation resolved at a faster rate in the sites implanted with HA. But no significant difference in the new bone formation between two groups(P>0.05). There was no evidence of rejection to gelatin and no inhibitory effect on new bone formation (P>0.05) New bone formation depends on two kinds of ossification. One is intramembranous ossification and the other is metaplasia bone from connective tissue. The authors think gelatin can enhance the fixation of HA particles and the metaplasia bone formation. The two different shapes of HA implanted should kept for a longer period to confirm the rate of new bone formation.
