摘要
济钢第一炼铁厂３~＃高炉，（３５０ｍ~３）大修后采用了工业计算机、液压传动等先进的控制系统，但由于设备工艺布局不合理，使先进的技术不能充分发挥效率。通过对软、硬件的部分改进，挖掘了控制系统的能力，达到了少投资多受益的目的。
The advanced control systems,such as industrial computer and hydraulic drive dvice,etc,have been used after the heavy repoir of No,3 beast furnace(350m￣3)of NO.1 Ironmaking Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group General Corporation,Since artangement of equipments and processes are irnpropor,the advanced techniques con not full develop their efficiency.Through improving partial sofware and haraware and taping potentialities of control system,the aims.of small investment and high advantage have been achieved.
