合同护士与在编护士职业心态差异的调查分析

The analysis of the psychological state between the military nurses and contract nurses

随机对33所军队医院临床护士(54名合同护士和187名在编护士)进行职业心态问卷调查,发现合同护士与在编护士的职业心态有显著差异,即表现在职业“满意程度”、“最深体验”、“最大精神缺乏”、“最大精神安慰”、假设“允许独立开业是否愿为护理事业奋斗终生”的态度等五个方面的差异。分析差异产生的主要原因为:受教育层次不同、职业稳定程度不同及年龄、婚姻状况不同。

The aim of this paper is to find out the difference of the psychological state between militarynurses and contract nurses,and then to analyse the course. The investigation by questionaire of the nurses' careerpsychological state on 241 nurses,including 54 contract nurses and 187 military nurses,indicated that there aremany differences between them. Such as satisfaction with their job,the most important experience,the greatestmental need, the greatest psychological comfort,and the attitude towards dedicating themselves to the nursingcause. The main cause of the differences is that their educational background, the stability of job, age andmatrimonial condition.
