摘要
实现集散控制系统全仿真应具备2个前提:机组对象仿真必须按全物理过程建立数学模型和模型的精度达到仿真要求。对机组对象进行全范围数字仿真要求数学模型的静态误差控制在±1%和动态误差控制在±10%精度范围内。控制系统仿真首先必须对控制回路和复杂逻辑控制系统进行仿真,然后才能实现协调控制系统CCS(CorrespondControlSystem)的仿真。实践证明,控制系统仿真过程是检验机组对象动态特性仿真的过程,这是关键的一步;而物理扰动试验是检查对象动态特性最有效的方法。当今先进的火电机组仿真机必须拥有功能完善的控制系统仿真。
?:To realize the entire simulation of DCS(Distributing Control System), there must be twopreconditions: whole physical process mathematics model and a certain model precision. For the fullscaledigital simulation of unit object, the static error of mathematics model must be controlled within ±1% and the dynamic error within 10%. For the control system simulation, the control loops and complicated logic control systems must be simulated first, then the CCS(Correspond Control System) simulation. It is proved that the control system simulation process is the checking process of the dynamic characteristic simulation for unit object and is the important one. Physical vibration test is the most effective way for object dynamic characteristic checking. Nowadays, the advanced fossilfired unit simulator must include the complete functional simulation of DCS.
