摘要
研究了不同工艺参数对垂直式液喷纺丝制得纤维直径及其标准偏差的影响。结果显示,随着接收距离和空气压力的增加,纤维直径及其标准偏差减小;随着注射速率、针头内径和浓度的增大,纤维直径及其标准偏差增大。当空气压力较小,注射速率、溶液浓度较大时,会出现纤维黏结现象;增大空气压力,降低注射速率和溶液浓度会使黏结现象减少。
The effect of the process parameters in the vertical solution blowing on the fiber diameter and the standard deviation were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of the distance from needle tip to collector or air pressure,the fiber diameter and the standard deviation decreased,with the increase of injection rate,inner diameter of needle or concentration of the solution,the fiber diameter and the standard deviation increased. When the air pressure was low,the injection rate and the concentration of the solution was high,the adhesion between fibers was found. When the air pressure increased or the injection rate and the concentration of the solution decreased,the adhesion would decrease.
