摘要
通过分析织造上机前的准备、织机开口角与综框高度的设置、3次综平工艺、后梁停经架的设置、摆动后梁松经时间、张力的设置与温湿度的确立、引纬工艺等因素,形成了转基因变性淀粉(CP-L)上浆的高支高密织物织造生产工艺,使织机效率达到了84%,基本满足了实际生产的要求。
Sizing and weaving process of high count high density cotton fabric with transgenic starch CP- L is optimized via the analysis of preparation process,loom angular aperture and frame height,balance time of heddle,tensile and humiture,weft insertion and so on. The results show the loom efficiency of this process reaches 84%,and it can meet the requirement of practical production.
