摘要
以海藻酸钙纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维为原料,采用针刺工艺制备了不同比例的海藻酸钙纤维/聚乙烯醇纤维非织造布。并对其表面形态、吸湿性能、凝胶特性和抗菌性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:聚乙烯醇纤维的加入增加了海藻纤维的可纺性,并改善了其结构性能;随着聚乙烯醇纤维比例的提高,海藻酸钙纤维/聚乙烯醇非织造布的吸湿性能呈先增大后减小的趋势,当海藻酸钙纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维的比例为55/45时,所制非织造布的吸湿性能最好,具有较好的凝胶性能,并随海藻酸钙纤维比例的增高而增大。海藻酸钙纤维/聚乙烯醇纤维非织造布的此类性能决定了其在医用敷料上具有广阔的应用前景。
Taking calcium alginate fiber and PVA fiber as raw materials,calcium alginate fiber / PVA fiber non-woven fabric with different ratios is prepared with needle-punching process. The surface morphology,moisture absorption,gel property and antibacterial property are tested and analyzed. It is found that the addition of PVA fibers can increase the spinnability of the calcium alginate fibers and also improve its structural performance. The moisture absorption of calcium alginate fiber / polyvinyl alcohol fiber non-woven fabric increases first and then decreases with the increase of the ratio of PVA fibers,and the nonwoven fabric has better moisture absorption with the ratio of calcium alginate fibers to PVA fibers of 55 /45. The calcium alginate fiber / PVA fiber non-woven fabric also has a good gel performance and its gel performance increases with the increase of the ratio of calcium alginate fiber. Having these good properties,the calcium alginate fiber / PVA fiber non-woven fabric will have broad application potential in medical dressing.
