摘要
采用传统的目测棉结检测方法,通过观察棉花在初加工过程中棉结的性状变化规律,揭示了棉结在初加工过程中的一般演变规律。结果表明:各类棉结的再生集中在轧花工序,且增加幅度较大。在初加工过程中机械棉结与带籽屑棉结很难被去除,原因在于去除棉结的同时又造成了棉结的再生,而生物棉结在清理过程中能被有效去除。
The traditional visual nep detection method was adopted,and the change law of the nep in the cotton ginning process was revealed by observing the change law of the neps' traits. The results indicated that all kinds of neps' regeneration were concentrated in the crimped wire process and the growth was larger. The key reason that mechanical neps and seed-coat framents were difficult to remove was that in the process of cleaning neps,one created neps as well. Biological nep could be effectively removed in the cleaning process.
