摘要
采用物理黏合的方法将热敏变色微胶囊固着在织物上,制作出智能热敏变色织物,工艺参数的大小会影响最终产品的质量。实验证明:在水溶性热敏变色粉用量为3%,增稠剂用量为2%的条件下,黏合剂用量30%、烘焙温度130℃、烘焙时间5 min是较为理想的热敏变色织物的制作工艺。采用该工艺制得的热敏变色织物色牢度高,手感好,织物强力损伤小,变色性能好。
Intelligent thermochromic fabric is made by physical bonding method with thermochromic microcapsule. Process parameterswill affect the quality of the final product. Experiments results show that the optimum process for thermochromic fabric is curing at 130℃ for5 min with water-soluble thermochromic powder 3%, thickening agent 2% and adhesive 30%. And the obtained thermochromic fabric has goodcolor fastness and handle, low tensile damage and good discoloration performance.
