摘要
对国产YG606E型纺织品热阻测试仪和进口纺织品热阻测试仪(SGHP-10.5型出汗平板仪)在测试厚型织物热阻时的测试性能进行了实验研究,比较了两者测试结果的差异性、重现性和测试效率。结果表明,在测量厚型织物的热阻时,两种仪器的测量结果无统计差异;两种仪器测量结果的重现性无统计差异,且重现性都比较好;用国产YG606E型纺织品热阻测试仪测试一块试样的热阻平均耗时为80 min,而进口出汗平板仪测试一块试样的热阻平均耗时为17 min。
The testing performance of domestic YG606 E thermal resistance tester and imported SGHP-10.5 thermal resistance tester onthermal insulation property of thick fabric are investigated and compared in view of difference of testing results, repeatability and testingefficiency. The results show that for thermal insulation property of thick fabric, there is no statistic difference between the two testers intesting results, repeatability, and both of the two testers show good repeatability. It takes about 80 minutes and 17 minutes respectively tocomplete a single measurement with YG606 E thermal resistance tester and imported SGHP-10.5 thermal resistance tester.
