摘要
介绍了滤料用纤维的应用背景,在热处理、酸处理以及碱处理条件下,对芳纶1313、聚四氟乙烯、聚酰亚胺、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、改性聚苯硫醚和经过粉煤灰涂覆的聚苯硫醚6种耐高温纤维的力学性能变化进行研究。试验结果表明,普通PPS纤维耐热性能最差,芳纶1313耐碱不耐酸,聚四氟乙烯耐酸碱性能优异,经过改性后的PPS较普通PPS耐酸碱性能有了明显改善。
The application background of the filter fiber is introduced. Under treating conditions of heat, acid and alkali, the change ofmechanical properties of six heat resistant fibers of aramid 1313, Teflon, polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide, modified polyphenylene sulfideand polyphenylene sulfide coated with coal ash are studied. Results indicate that the heat resistance of polyphenylene sulfide is the worst, andaramid 1313 is alkali resistant but not acid resistant. Teflon has excellent acid and alkali resistant performance, and the acid and alkaliresistance of the modified polyphenylene sulfide is obviously improved compared with the ordinary one.
