摘要
为探讨生物基纤维/棉混纺纱线的特性,以牛奶蛋白、天丝及棉纤维为原料,采用合理的纺纱工艺,开发出最佳纤维含量的多功能纤维复合纱。重点介绍了复合纱线的生产工艺,并对复合纱线的断裂强度和毛羽指数等指标进行测试分析。结果表明:牛奶蛋白/天丝/棉复合纱的毛羽指数(15.79)比同等纱线细度的纯棉(16.75)低5.7%,比纯天丝的毛羽指数(28.46)低44.5%;单纱断裂强度(16.57 cN/tex)比同等纱线细度的纯棉(14.26 cN/tex)高15.57%,比纯天丝(19.99 cN/tex)低17.1%,比16.8 tex 85/15天丝/牛奶(18.9 cN/tex)低12.3%。
To study the characteristics of the biological fiber/ cotton blended yarn, a kind of multifunctional composite yarn is developedby a reasonable spinning technology with appropriate contents of biological fiber, milk protein fiber, Tencel fiber and cotton fiber as rawmaterials. The production process of composite yarn is introduced, and the tensile strength and hairiness index of the composite fiber areanalyzed. The results show that the produced milk protein/ Tencel/ cotton composite yarn is a kind of ideal material for high-grade fabric, andit has good hairiness index of 15.79 lower than cotton(16.75) and Tencel(28.46) and good tensile strength of 16.57cN/ tex higher thancotton(14.26cN/ tex) and lower than Tencel(19.99cN/ tex) and Tencel/ milk(18.9cN/ tex) with the same yarn fineness.
