三维正交芳纶织物织造实践

Weaving practice of three dimensional orthogonal woven fabric on kevlar

摘要 根据芳纶的特点,在三维织机上成功织造出三维正交芳纶织物小样,对织造过程中出现的问题进行了研究分析,同时参照国家标准就织造对纱线拉伸性能的影响做了有关测试。结果表明,织造对不同位置的纱线强力有着不同程度的影响。这也为三维正交芳纶织物批量化生产的顺利进行提供了保证。 Based on the characters on Kevlar, three dimensional orthogonal woven fabric was woven by the 3-D woven machine. Theissues that happened in the woven process were analyzed, while making some tests about the influence of weaving on the tensile properties ofyarns based on the national standards. The results show that the yarns in different locations have different degrees of impact strength. It alsoprovides guarantee for the mass production of three dimensional orthogonal woven fabric on kevlar.
