摘要
以熔喷聚丙烯(PP)非织造布为基材,利用低温等离子体改性技术,在PP非织造布表面上引入甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)单体,制备了PP-g-BMA吸油材料。考察了改性聚丙烯材料接枝率、吸附温度、吸附时间、水溶液的含盐量以及水溶液的pH对改性聚丙烯材料吸附性能的影响,通过正交试验得到了最佳吸附条件:改性PP材料接枝率为13.4%,温度为20℃,吸附时间为7 s,吸附体系pH为9。改性聚丙烯吸油材料的保油性能、重复使用性能测试结果表明:接枝改性PP材料具有优异的保油性和重复使用性。
A kind of oil-absorption material of modified melt-blown PP nonwovens(PP-g-BMA) is made by grafting polymerization ofBMA initiated by low temperature plasma. The influence of adsorption conditions on the oil absorption rate is analyzed such as the grafted rateof modified polypropylene, temperature, time, salt of aqueous solution and pH value of water solution. The optimum adsorption conditions areobtained through orthogonal experiments as follows: the grafted rate is 13.4%, the temperature is 20℃, the adsorption time is 7s and the pHvalue of system is 9. Results show that the grafting modified PP material has excellent retention performance and re-usability performance.
