摘要
针对传统的三刺辊开棉机控制系统接线复杂、调速容易受到干扰及未考虑节能等问题进行了研究,提出了通过USS通信简化接线,提高调速精度,由共直流母线实现节能的方案,并设计了控制系统。经过调试,该控制系统可以很好地满足生产工艺的要求,调速十分准确,并实现了节能的目的。
The problems existed in traditional three-lick-in opener including complex wiring, susceptible to interference in speedadjustment and energy wasting are studied. The plans to simplify wiring, improve the accuracy of speed adjustment by USS protocol and saveenergy by common DC bus are put forward, and the control system is redesigned. After debugging, the new control system can meet therequirements of production with accurate speed adjustment and realize energy saving.
