The patent authorization of utility model in textile field is explained, and five major factors affecting the utility modelauthorization are discussed combined with case studies such as the claims involving material composition; method being the topic of thepatent; the claims lack of novelty; the claims involving pattern printing layer; improper writing or modification in application document.Suggestions are given out respectively.
