摘要
PHC管桩嵌岩沉桩过程中,桩身穿透上面覆盖的软弱土层,进入持力层时,桩身的压应力急剧增大,并且持力层的刚性越强,桩身受到的压应力越大。在压、拉应力的反复作用下,两节桩的接缝处会将发生严重破损。通过改进桩尖的结构,增加桩尖的刚度和穿透力,可有效的降低桩身的压应力,解决桩身受压而严重破损的施工难题。
During penetration of PHC pile socketed in rock,it penetrates the covered soft soil firstly. When construction in the bearing layer,the compressive stress increases rapidly,and the stress turns to larger when the rigidity of the bearing layer going stronger. The under repeated pressure and tensile stress,the seams of two piles will be seriously damaged. By improving the structure of the pile tip,increasing the stiffness of the pile tip and penetration,the pile stress can be can effectively reduced,and serious damage of pile due to pressure can be resolved.
