摘要
随着建筑企业规模的不断扩大,工程分包成为不可缺少的资源补充方式。每个建筑施工企业都存在分包现象,指出做好工程分包管理工作,应根据工作实际,提出管理建议。
With enlargement of scale of building corporations,the engineering sub-contracting acts as a necessary resource supplying mode.Sub-contracting exists in every building company.It is pointed out that engineers should suggest management measures according to actual conditions to control management of engineering sub-contracting.
