摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对一款新型自升式脚手架架体结构建立有限元模型,并对其进行水平、竖向变形和应力分析,以验证其可行性。分析结果表明,该架体结构在最不利施工工况下的水平、竖向变形和应力都小于相关控制值,符合规范要求,应进一步进行架体结构细部的开发与研究。
The finite element model of a new frame of climbing scaffold is established by the finite element software ANSYS.The horizontal displacement,vertical displacement and stress of the frame in construction conditions are studied to verify its feasibility.The results show that the horizontal displacement,vertical displacement and stress of frame are less than the related control values.The detail design of the frame should be carried out.
