结合在沿海地区的施工经验介绍了产生屋面防水渗漏的主要因素,提出屋面防水技术应采取的施工方法,及对屋面防水质量的控制措施,最后提出后期管理维护措施。

Combining with the construction experience in coastal area,the leakage factors of roof waterproof are introduced.The corresponding construction methods of roof waterproofing and its quality control measures are researched.After the construction finished,the management and maintenance measures are obtained.
