大口径孔底油压马达碎石器组合动力钻具施工方法

摘要 卵砾石、基岩地层大口径钻孔,常规方法钻进效率低,施工周期长,采用捆绑式空气潜孔锤钻进,能量利用率低、耗气量大,需要配备大型空压机,施工成本较高。采用大口径孔底马达油压碎石器组合动力钻具施工法,也称为OMH(oil motor hammer)工法,可以满足卵砾石、基岩地层钻进的同时,极大地提高钻进效率,降低钻进成本。 The conventional drilling method used in the large diameter borehole at the gravel and bedrock stratum areas has low efficiency and long construction period.While DTH Hammer drilling technique has low energy utilization rate and big gas consumption,large air compressor should be equipped with,so the drilling construction cost is higher.This paper presents a new type method named down hole motor and hydraulic breaker combined multi-dynamics drilling method,also known as the OMH method,which can not only meet the drilling requirements in the gravel and bedrock stratum and also greatly improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the drilling costs.
