摘要
铁路用地在铁路运输中具有不可替代的作用。从全局范围来看,在铁路地界及安全保护区范围内出现乱占滥用铁路用地的问题仍然存在,有些地方还出现上升趋势。因此,加强铁路用地保护具有现实意义。给出了加强铁路用地保护的对策。
Railway land plays an important role in railway transportation.However,the abuse phenomenon for railway land exists in railway limit area and safety protection area,and it has rising trend somewhere.So,it is important to protect railway land,and corresponding measurements are put forward to strengthen protection.
