摘要
统计了100起建筑施工死亡事故案例,从事故的发生类型、相关发生位置以及事故原因等方面,阐述了建筑施工工程危险性高、事故频发和致因复杂的特点,以及在新的形势下,建筑工程非法转包、违法分包和大量使用农村进城务工人员带来重大安全隐患的现象。并针对存在的问题,对提高建筑业安全生产水平提出了一些具体的建议和思路。
Based on the 100 death accidents of construction,this paper aimed to analyze the main safety problems in terms of the styles of the accidents,the places where the accidents happened and the reasons of the accidents,described the characteristics of construction projects: high risk,frequent accidents and complex reasons.And in the new situation,illegal subcontracting and the extensive use of migrant workers brought to significant safety risks.For the problems,some specific suggestions and ideas are putted formed in order to improve the level of construction safety.
