摘要
反力架预压技术是采用液压千斤顶在箱梁底板范围内对挂篮进行预压加载,荷载的布置形式尽量与实际荷载分布吻合,以保证预压的可靠性和准确性。襄阳汉江三桥跨南大堤桥连续箱梁菱形挂篮预压采用反力架预压技术大大地节约了工期、加快了施工进度、减少施工设备投入、保证施工安全,降低施工成本。
The technology of reaction frame preloading is preloading to hanging basket on the floor of the box girder by hydraulic jack.The setting of the loads has anastomosis with actual loads at the best to assure the reliability and accuracy of preloading.The diamond hanging basket of the box girder in Han River Third Bridge in Xiangyang uses reaction frame preloading technology.It saves period,makes construction fast,reduces cost of the construction equipments,assures safety and reduces construction cost.
