摘要 我国的高速铁路及主要干线均大量采用全区间、跨区间超长无缝线路这种新型轨道结构。无缝线路在结构上改变了轨道的连接方式,减少列车在接头区的冲击与振动,给列车运营和行车安全也带来诸多好处。阐述了无缝线路的基本原理、温度力和锁定轨温的关系、应力放散的条件、应力放散组织实施、注意事项等。掌握锁定轨温,适时放散应力,对防止胀轨跑道、避免造成行车安全和人身安全事故的发生具有重要作用。 China's high-speed railway and the main line are using a large number of the interval,trans interval continuous welded rail structure.Continuous welded rail changes the structure of track connection mode,reduces the train in the joint area of shock and vibration,and brings many benefits to train operation and the traffic safety.The principle of CWR,temperature stress and the relationship of locked rail temperature,stress release conditions,stress relief organization,attention to matters are elaborated.It has an important role in master of locked rail temperature,timely releasing stress,to prevent the rise of track,avoid driving safety and personal safety accidents.
