以一一二厂"781号总装厂房"钢网架工程为背景,介绍了厂房大跨度正四角锥焊接球平面钢网架滑移施工与高空散装相结合的一种施工方法,该方法先安装滑移拼装平台,再利用轨道式塔式起重机逐区安装网架杆件。该方法定位准确、操作简单、安全可靠、工作效率高、质量好,可广泛用于大跨度、周边支撑且纵向长度较大的钢网架安装。

Based on steel grid in some factory,the paper shows combination construction technology of slip assembly platform and member installation in high-sky in large-span square pyramid welded ball grids structures construction.The method firstly installs slid assembly platform,then installs grid members by area by railed crane.This method has some advantages of precise position,easy operating,safety and high working effect and quality to be used in steel grid installation with large-span,large longitude length and has surrounding supports.
