摘要
重建后的青莲枢纽翻板门在经历初次洪水时,运行中出现门体上下反复拍打、损坏等异常现象,并引起闸坝振动。钢闸门横梁断裂变形,混凝土支墩开裂,固定地脚螺栓松动或断裂。通过对门体运行过程中的结构受力和水流流态分析,找出了导致运行异常的原因,提出了解决与修复办法。
After the reconstruction of automatic tilting gate in Qinglian Hydro-junction,the Automatic Tilting gate have repeated beat up and down and damaged to cause the dam vibration in the first flooding.Some questions are happened including steel beam fracture or deformation,a pier concrete cracking,the anchor bolt looseness or break.Through the analysis of structural stress and flow modal for the operation gate,the causes of the abnormal operation are obtained.The resolution and repair methods are put forward.
