摘要
为检验预应力混凝土空心板的设计参数及施工质量是否符合要求,通过对长山路道路及桥梁扩宽改造工程军山桥预应力混凝土空心板(20 m)静载试验原理分析,检测方法过程的介绍,证明该试验方法简便易行。分析总结静载试验成果,从而对军山桥空心板做出正确的质量评估,可以为同类桥梁检测评估工作提供有益借鉴。
In order to test and evaluate whether the design parameters and construction quality of prestressed concrete hollow slab meet the requirements,the authors analyze the static loading test principle and testing process of prestressed concrete hollow slab( 20m) of Changshan Road Engineering and Junshan Bridge Engineering,which indicates that the testing is simple and convenient. The analysis and comparison of hollow slab deflection and mid-span stress show that the deflection and stress in span change in linear with the load along the section height,and it indicates that the hollow slab is in a well elastic condition. This paper makes correct quality assessment of Junshan Bridge hollow slab through the result,which can provide beneficial reference for the testing and assessment of similar bridge
