顶管工程在施工过程中不可避免的会遇到障碍物,以上海某顶管工程在穿越公路段时遇到不明地下障碍物为例,在无法清障的条件下,采用了新的退管技术实现了成功退管。详细阐述了退管工艺流程,以及施工中的关键技术和防护措施。最终重新设定了轴线进行顶管,从原工作井与接收井进出洞,节约了施工成本,解决了无法清障的难题,为顶管施工提供了一种可靠的退管施工工艺。

Pipe-jacking often encounter obstacles in the construction process,based on engineering practice in Shanghai,the pipe-jacking encountered unknown underground obstacles in crossing the highway,under the condition of can't remove obstacles,the adoption of new construction technique of pipe withdrawing to achieve a successful in the actual project. The construction technology of withdraw pipe and key technology and protective measures in construction were introduced in this paper. Reset the axis of the pipe jacking at last,original work well into the hole,the well received original hole,and save construction cost. A reliable construction way for pipe-jacking encountered obstacles was provided.
