摘要
金州新区医疗中心工程底板大体积混凝土采用膨胀纤维抗裂混凝土,施工前编制策划方案和施工方案,在施工组织、混凝土配合比设计、施工技术措施、底板混凝土温度测量等方面综合管控,克服了本工程场地狭小、混凝土浇筑垂直落差大等施工难点,底板混凝土施工顺利浇筑,确保了大体积混凝土的浇筑质量。
The mass concrete at base plate in the New Area Medical Center Project uses expansive fiber anti-cracking concrete. Before construction,planning scheme and construction scheme are established in which construction organization,mix ration design,construction measures and temperature measuring etc are managed and controlled. These measures overcome construction difficulties of shallow site and large fall of vertical pouring of concrete and the mass concrete of the base plate is poured successfully and the pouring quality is ensured.
