摘要
通过发泡水泥复合板承重墙板构件压剪试验研究了墙板的竖向及侧向承载特征,提出了相应的计算公式用于墙板承载力计算及数值模拟。通过太空板装配式房屋数值模型的模态分析与振动台试验数据对比分析,验证了墙板承载计算公式及数值模拟相关参数设置的可行性。构件试验及模态分析表明,太空板承重墙板有很好的竖向及侧向承载能力,能够满足低层住宅的竖向和侧向承载力设计要求。同时提出的墙板承载力计算公式为发泡水泥复合板装配式房屋的设计提供了可能。分析结果为太空板承重墙板在低层住宅产业化的应用推广提供了技术依据。
This paper studied the vertical and horizontal load bearing characteristics of the foamed cement composite load bearing wallboard,through axial compression and shear test,and proposed a calculating formulas for wall bearing capacity and numerical simulation. The model analysis and shaking table test results of foamed cement composite wallboard fabricated building model verified that the proposed calculating formula in this paper and the numerical simulation parameters was feasible. Tests? showed that foamed cement composite wallboard had nice bearing capacity and the wallboard could satisfy the bearing design of low-story buildings. The wallboard bearing capacity calculating formula in this paper provided possible helps for foamed cement composite wallboard fabricated building design,meanwhile,the analysis results provided the technical basis for the application of foamed cement composite board bearing wallboard in the low-story industrialization buildings.
