混凝土结构是目前建筑结构的最主要形式,模板工程在建造这些结构构件时有着不可替代的作用。在土建工程中,模板工程成本占到总成本近三分之一,模板坍塌造成的伤亡事故在建筑施工事故中也占很大份额。近年来,大跨度、高净空混凝土结构大量出现,模板及其支架的施工难度越来越大,成本及安全问题也受到越来越多的重视。以王府中环项目混凝土结构施工所采用的优秀模板为研究体系,针对工程一系列特点,有针对性的选取模板体系并进行阐述,并通过计算验算了其安全可靠性并对其经济指标进行了分析。实践证明,该技术安全可行、施工效率高且降低了施工成本,达到了预期的效果。
