介绍了青奥村二标段超高大跨度连廊中的承插型盘扣式钢管支架施工技术。承插型盘扣式钢管支架不用扣件可以伸缩调节,立杆采用套管承插连接,水平杆和斜杆采用杆端和接头卡入连接盘,用楔形插销连接,形成结构几何不变体系的钢管支架。
The paper introduces the socket-type button steel bracket construction technology for the ultra-high large span joint gallery in the Lot 2 of Youth Olympic Village. This type of steel bracket can achieve stretching and adjustment without fasteners,connect the poles with the casing and socket,fit the horizontal bars and diagonal bars with rod ends and joints into the connector plates and connect them with wedge bolts,form a geometrically-stable steel bracket structure.
