提高扣件式模架方案可操作性探讨

扣件式模板支撑架仍然是当前使用广泛的模架体系,特别是在工业建筑中,梁板截面大、楼层净高、梁板批量不均匀,对模架方案编制提出了较高的要求。通过分析模架方案编制中存在的主要问题,给出了解决问题的办法。根据相关事故经验,总结了模架方案编制时需要特别注意的构造措施。

Fastener type formwork supporting frame is still the current widely used formwork system. In industrial buildings,big beam slab section,floors clear height and beam slab batch uneven etc. put forward higher requirements on formwork plan compiling. Through the analysis of formwork plan establishment,the main problems and their solutions are given. According to the experience of the related accidents,the formwork solutions need to pay special attention to are summarized.
