摘要
以南京地铁机场线工程为依托,将BIM技术引入到地铁车站机电设备的施工和运营的全过程管理,研发了具有干涉校验、维护管理、能耗监管等功能的动态管理系统,通过BIM技术的实际试验应用,为提高地铁车站内机电设备的安装和维护效率提供了技术积累。
Based on Nanjing Metro Airport Line Project,the BIM technology is introduced into the whole process of construction and operation of mechanical and electrical equipment,and the dynamic management system was been developed,which has the function of interference check,maintenance management and energy consumption supervision. It provides the technical accumulation for the installation and maintenance efficiency of the mechanical and electrical equipment in the subway station by BIM technology.
