With the deepening of BOT + EPC / BT + EPC mode project,more and more compound major EPC mode project appears,EPC general contract model gradually becomes to the main stream models of project contracts. In order to implement EPC project management better and create better benefits for the enterprise,it requirets planning and risk control more effective of compound major EPC mode project. This item proposed the main points of whole process planning and suggestion of risk control based on PMBOK,by analyzing the characteristic of compound major EPC mode project.
