摘要
通过对坍塌楼房的研究分析,发现"老旧"楼房其实并不老,频现坍塌事故有建房的历史背景、住户的粗暴使用和政府的监管缺失等原因。从目前的国力和低碳经济出发,给出了让"老旧"楼房安度晚年的建议。
Based on study on collapsing buildings,this paper introduces the collapsing reasons of old buildings,including historical background of old buildings,frequent transformation of household,supervision deletion and so on. This paper puts forward suggestions about old building transformation.
