Problems and Countermeasures of Building Energy-saving in China

通过对我国建筑节能工作现状的调查,分析建筑节能各环节中存在的问题,从制度上、思想上、技术上、管理上寻求解决矛盾的方法和可能性,为实现我国建筑节能的总目标建言献策。

Through the investigation on the construction of energy-saving work,the problems exists in each link of the construction of energy-saving are analyzed,the methods and the possibility to solve the contradiction is put forwakd from the system,ideology,technology,management. The suggestions are given for the realization of building energy-saving target in China.
