摘要
郡县制自秦代实行以来在名称上有诸多变化 ,两汉至隋代地方行政上曾实行州县制 ,唐代实行道县制 ,宋代实行路县制 ,元代以来实行行省制 ,但是 ,该制度的主旨未有变化。
Name of the system of prefectures and counties has always been changing since Qin Dynasty times. Han Dynasty and Jin Dynasty and Sui Dynasty carry out the system of Zhou Xian. Tang Dynasty carry out the system of Dao Xian. Song Dynasty carry out the system of Lu Xian. Yuan Dynasty and Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty carry out the system of Provinces. But there isn't change in the gist of these systems. The gist of these systems is enhancement centralization of authority.
