近年来 ,我国农业进入了供大于求的阶段。加入WTO促进了国际竞争国内化、国内市场国际化的迅速发展。为提高农业产业竞争力 ,更好地应对入世对农业的挑战 ,今后我国农业结构的调整应按照比较优势原则 ,通过构建优势产业带充分发挥比较优势 ,通过产业升级创造和扩大比较优势。

Agriculture has stepped into supply surplus stage in our country. The entry into WTO advances the process of the internalization of the international competition and the internationalization of the domestic market. In order to improve agricultural competitive power to cope with the challenge the agriculture faces after the entry into the WTO, we should give full play to all-level comparative advantages by constructing predominance industry zone, create and enlarge comparative advantages by industry upgrading in accordance with the principle of comparative advantages in structure-adjusting in agriculture for the future.
