The article researches the ways of lessons preparation and teaching in Mechanics course, from the three aspects of preparing work, teaching methods and teaching aids. It reflects on the traditional ways of lessons preparation and teaching, and specifically puts forword the idea that with the development of science technology, a mechanics teacher’ s methods in the two fields should be varied accordingly, pointingout that a tecaher shonld never focus on the ideas in the materials only, but to enrich his class contents through different sources. The article lightens the improvement on teaching methods and ways of lessons preparation in mechanics course.
