In current society ,traditional judicial correction mode on juvenile delinquency governance can't fully meet the status and trends of social development , and community correction directs at the particularity of teenagers themselves and their reasons for the delinquency, using more scientific and humane ways ,can play more effective governance functions with traditional judicial correction mode unmatched advantages.
