在残疾人工作方面,存在着两种不同的工作视角,一种是问题视角也称之为缺陷视角,它是以问题为核心,强调将关注点聚焦在残疾人所面临的问题和困难上;另一种则是关注于挖掘残疾人优势的优势视角。优势视角及其工作模式,是当前推进残疾人工作的更为合理的视角和模式。

The perspective of problems and perspective of Strengths are two different ways of thinking in the social work practice. The perspective of problems focuses on problems and difficulties faced by disabled,while the perspective of strengths mainly pays attention to the diszbled's capability and their own advantages. The perspective of strengths is new practice in the social work.
