摘要
本文试图利用西方社会学的公平理论来分析我国国有企业中职工劳动积极性现状,进而找出产生这种现状的深层原因,并针对这些原因提出一些改善措施。
The paper analyses the present situation of the labor's activity in our country state-owned business enterprise based on equity theories of the western sociology,tries to find out the deep reason which causes this situation,then puts forward some advice to improve that.
