With the enforcement of state-owned companies' bankruptcy according to the policy and the development of medical insurance system reform,the medical care problem about retirees who have retired from burst-up corporations has caused more and more attention from the public.This paper mainly discusses the problem of these people's medical insurance and works out some countermeasures.
