社团组织的兴起对社区文化建设起着重要作用,社区工作者应区分不同的社区类型,采取正确方法,培育社团组织。目前社团组织的发展中还存在一些问题,设法解决这些问题,推动社团组织的建立,可以进一步提升社区文化建设水平。

The spring up of consortium is essential to the cultural level in communities.Community staff should distinguish different community types and foster consortiums in a right method.There are,however,still some problems in the fostering process of consortiums.Taking measures to solve the problems and promoting the foundation of consortiums,is the right way to improve the cultural level in communities.
