本文通过对湖北省武汉市武昌区广大居民参与“883行动计划”状况的介绍,分析了性别和年龄因素对居民参与该计划情况的影响,总结了目前武汉市武昌区居民参与社区建设的特点和问题。

This report includes four parts,which analyses the background,survey,result and conclusion of the investigation.It introduces the condition of the resident's participation of “883 Program of Action ”in Wu Chang District of Wu Han in Hubei province,analyses how gender and age influence the participation in this program,and summarizes the character and problems of residents' participation.
