村民自治背景下农村居民对村务公开的评价研究——对湖北省武汉市江夏区5个村居民的调查

A Research into Villagers' Evaluation of Open of Village affairs in the Context of Villagers'Self-government——A Survey on Villagers of five Villages in Jiangxia Distric,the city of Wuhan

本研究通过实地调查,从村民对村务公开基本程序的合法性、形式的有效性、内容的真实性、结果的满意度等四方面的评价状况来考察和反映该制度存在的现实问题与不足,并有针对性地提出可操作化的改进方案。

Beginning with the field research ,The paper studies and reflects the existing practical problems and shortages of OVA (Open of Village affairs) system by evaluating the validity of its basic procedures, efficiency of its style, authenticity of its contents and the satisfaction of the outcome. Then several practical improvements are proposed at the end of the paper.
