社会工作机制系统包括动力、导向、程序、保障四个要素,而这四个要素又分别构成了社会工作整体机制系统的子系统,即动力机制系统、导向机制系统、程序机制系统和保障机制系统。而这四个子系统内部又由诸多要素相互耦合而成。通过对这一系列子系统的结构解读,以期把握社会工作机制的整体系统,并探讨揭示出社会工作运行规律,从而对社会工作运行进行最优控制。
