Achievements, Problems, Countermeasures of Unemployment Insurance in Tianjin

天津市失业保险制度建立20年来,成效显著。但还存在着覆盖面较窄;部分单位少报瞒报参保人数、缴费工资基数;资金使用不够合理;农民工不能享受同等待遇等亟待解决的矛盾和问题。因此,本文提出有针对性地对策与建议。

Unemployment Insurance system in Tianjin has established for 20 years. Although it achieved remarkably, there were still many problems. Less people profit from unemployment Insurance. Some of units reduce or Conceal the senate guarantors and Cardinal number intentionally. Funds don't be used reasonably. Worker from countryside don't be treated equally. We propose some Countermeasures to solve these problems.
